The Ultimate Wellness Retreat™ is about empowering and educating guests. It will transport you to world a million miles away from your daily routine and immerse you in an incredible and life-changing experience, always under the re-assuring and watchful eye of the professional PTX team.

Typical Daily Activity Schedule

The proposed timetable of a typical day would be as follows;

  • 5.45am - 6.15am –  Hot Lemon & Water and  Superfood Juice
  • 6.15am – 7.15am – Sunrise Meditation & Yoga
  • 7.15am – 7.45am – Morning Juice/Smoothie
  • 7.45am – 8.15am – Walk/Power Walk/Run
  • 8.30am-9.30am - Physical Fitness Power Hour
  • 9.30am - Breakfast
  • 9.30am – 11.00 am - Free Time – Swim, Read, Relax
  • 11am – Mid morning Juice/Smoothie
  • 11.30am – 12.45pm – Nutrition Workshop
  • 1pm - 2pm – Physical Fitness Power Hour
  • 2pm -2.30pm – Lunch
  • 2.30pm - 5pm - Free time – Read, Relax, Rest, Swim, Massage. Spa, etc.
  • 5pm – Afternoon Juice/Smoothie
  • 5.30pm - 6.30pm - Physical Fitness Power Hour
  • 6.45pm –7.30pm Pool Recovery Session
  • 7.30pm - Dinner
  • 8.30pm10 pm Expand your mind discussions/workshops, movies, escapism
  • 10pm - Hot water and lemon and off to bed…

This is a sample itinerary and will vary from day to day. The minimum stay is for one week however we offer extended packages in order to ensure that programmes are perfectly tailored to meet guest’s needs.
